We are a locally owned, independent family business that has been meeting Victoria's building material needs since 1985.

The success of our Cook Street location led us to the acquisition of our Bay Street store, located at 220 Bay Street, in Vic West. A local businessman was looking to retire from the building supply business, and asked if we would be interested in a second location. So, in May of 2015 we ventured out to see if our business model could be duplicated.

Our Bay Street store is 23,000 square feet with a 9,000 square foot drive-thru loading area. We also have a sizable yard out back, with lots of additional parking. The larger footprint allows for more categories and an increased selection such as kitchen cabinets, both unassembled and in fully assembled custom designs. There is a stocking program on laminate flooring, and the additional space holds more bathroom vanity choices.

We are watching this store grow and develop to meet the needs of its community, and are encouraged about the future for both our Castle locations.
